Lora Bella was born in the 24th week of pregnancy, weighing just 700 grams at birth. She arrived too early, so she spent a long time in intensive care, where she had to face serious challenges in the early days of her life.
As a result of being born prematurely, she developed a cerebral haemorrhage, as well as periventricular leukomalacia (PVL), which affects the development of the nervous system. In addition, he required surgery on both eyes due to retinopathy of prematurity (ROP).
Lora Bella’s journey is not an easy one, but every small movement, every new skill and every developmental milestone is a huge success. Through persistent effort and the right therapeutic support, she is making progress step by step, so that she can discover more and more of the world and become as independent as possible.
