Buttercup developed beautifully after birth, there was nothing to indicate that she was not healthy.
At the age of 7 months, she had a febrile seizure and was admitted to the Children's Clinic. She was diagnosed with epilepsy. The tests began. Boglárka was one and a half years old when a genetic test diagnosed her with Wolf Hirshorn syndrome.
Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome (WHS, 4p-) is a genetic disorder caused by a gene defect on the short arm of chromosome 4 or a translocation from it to another chromosome.
The parents have explored all development opportunities to help their daughter. Boglárka cannot walk, but they hope that one day they will be able to walk with their daughter, but they need help to continue to provide their child with development and therapy.
Boglárka loves water, music and enjoys hiking with her family. A truly brave little girl who is not afraid of anything. Her mother is with her 24 hours a day while her father is at work. The most important thing for them is to see their child happy and not expose them to harm or stress. A truly brave little girl who struggles every day.
Let's help Boglárka and her family to get every opportunity so that their daughter can set out and experience the wonders of the world.
